Account review leads to a change for the better
After a client’s airline agreement expired, they were tempted to just roll over with the same supplier for a further 12 months. They believed they were on a good deal, but they also agreed to let Corporate Traveller reviewed the airline’s rates and to source alternative offers.
After an offer was secured from a different airline with negotiated rates delivering predicted annual airfare savings of around $70K, the client decided to take it.

Sleepless in San Francisco
After travelling from Washington DC, via Vancouver to San Francisco, flight delays caused a client to miss their connection to Melbourne and then home to Mildura. It was 2am in San Francisco, all the airline desks were closed and the client had already been travelling for 18 hours!
A call to Corporate Traveller for help began the process of finding a solution. After multiple calls, the airline which owned the ticket was found and a flight to Melbourne booked for the following evening. Next a bed was needed and 25 hotels later, one with an available room was finally secured.

Group travel that goes the extra mile
A large group booking for a conference in Honolulu, saw a travel manager working tirelessly for three months on planning and booking multiple sector airfares, transfers, accommodation and conference rooms.
The Friday before delegates were due to depart, some last minute changes were requested, done and dusted. Ahhh – the weekend. But on Saturday morning a call from the after hours team alerted the travel manager to further client changes. Weathering the storm together
When a dust storm unexpectedly closed Sydney airport, thousands of travellers were left in the lurch. It didn’t help that it was a Friday afternoon and two Corporate Traveller clients desperately needed to get home to Brisbane for an important family event the following morning.
The obvious answer was to secure a flight from a nearby airport that was open, but on a busy Friday evening not one seat was available. Even hiring a car and driving 900 kms wasn’t an option, as all hire cars were already booked.
